Training under altitude conditions restricts your oxygen intake and allows your body to make adaptions proven to improve your athletic performance.
Training with restricted oxygen forces your body to produce extra red blood cells, a process known as polycythaemia. This increased red blood cell concentration means the blood oxygen carrying capacity is drastically increased and thus the muscles have more readilly and highly available oxygen levels than training at normal levels and normal barometric pressures.

Elitesportz have years of experience with altitude training and we understand the importance of not stressing the body too far.
As always we put injury and overtraining prevention first so we will monitor your training closely.

  • 1 x Full Program prescription
  • 1 x Analysis of body composition
  • X amount of specific drill prescriptions as needed
  • One on one sessions
  • Flexible session times
