• 1 x Stroke analysis, including a review of:

  • body symmetry,
  • underwater pull,
  • stroke finish,
  • breathing and
  • recovery

• 1 x Specific drill prescription
• 1 x Specific training prescription

Video footage will be required to provide a comprehensive analysis.
